Corrections policy
Rose City Benefitstracks rules for dozens of programs across federal, state, county, and local agencies. We work hard to keep every rule accurate — see our methodology— but agencies change requirements without warning, and we will sometimes get something wrong or fall behind. If you catch it, telling us is the fastest way it gets fixed.
How to report something wrong
Email hello@rosecitybenefits.org with the subject line “Incorrect info.” Tell us which program and what looks wrong — a sentence is plenty. If you know the correct rule or have a link to the official source, that helps us fix it faster, but it isn’t required.
What happens after you report it
- We check the program’s official source page ourselves — the same kind of source we cite everywhere else on the site.
- If the source confirms your report, we correct the page.
- We log the correction publicly on our updates log, so you can see what changed and when.
If we can’t confirm the issue against an official source, we’ll say so rather than guess — and we’ll tell you what we found.
